Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Banner Studio. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply when you buy products or services from us. In these terms, “you” or “Customer” means the person placing the order. “We”, “us”, or “our” means Banner Studio, the company providing the products or services.

These terms apply when you buy our products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You may only purchase products from the website if you are legally capable of entering into a contract and are at least 18 years of age.
Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are asking us to provide the products you have selected.
Your order is only confirmed once Banner Studio accepts it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid business, technical, legal, or production reason.
Before you place your order, you can review your details and make changes if needed. It is your responsibility to make sure all the information in your order is correct.
Any quotation we provide will be valid for 8 days from the date it is issued.
Please make sure that all the information you provide in your order is correct. If you notice any mistake, please let us know immediately. We are not responsible for any errors or incorrect information in an order submitted by you.
Once a file has been forwarded to the printing unit, no changes or cancellations can be made. Any additional changes will be treated as a new Order and charged accordingly. Payments become non-refundable once printing begins.
Privacy and Communication
We keep your personal information safe and use it according to our Privacy Policy. We may contact you by email, phone, prepaid post, or other electronic methods when needed. By using our website or placing an order, you agree that we can contact you in these ways.
Price and VAT
All prices shown on our website will clearly state whether VAT is included or added separately.
Where VAT applies, it will be added to your order at the current VAT rate.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or calculation errors before accepting an order.
Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available on our website.
We accept payments through secure online channels.
We may not begin production until full payment has been received and any required artwork approval has been completed.
If payment is unsuccessful, incomplete or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order
Delivery
We may deliver your order in installments if there is a stock shortage or another genuine reason. There will be no extra delivery charge for this.
The customer should inspect the Goods before acceptance.
Banners larger than 4ft x 4ft will be folded for delivery. This may cause some creases or slight changes in colour, which are considered acceptable printing outcomes.
Our responsibility is limited to print and handing the order to the courier on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier after your order has been dispatched, and it is not eligible for refunds.
Design Approval
We will send you a proof of your design for approval before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully check the proof and approve the final design. Once approved, we will proceed with printing.
Once you approve the final proof, you accept responsibility for the content and appearance of the approved artwork.
We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, punctuation, contact details, layout, or color once approval is given.
We will only start printing after we receive your written approval by email.
About Printing
All files is printed in CMYK colour format, so there may be slight differences between the colours shown on your screen and the final printed product.
We do not guarantee an exact colour match.
A colour difference of 10% – 15% may occur between the approved digital proof and the final printed product. Hence, this difference will be considered a good print.
Product Size and Manufacturing
Small differences in the final size, cutting, hemming, eyelet placement, or finishing may occur during production. These minor differences are considered normal.
Small variations will not normally be considered a defect as long as the product is suitable for its intended purpose.
Order Cancellations
Our products are custom-made and personalised specifically for each customer, an order may enter production shortly after payment and artwork approval.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before production begins.
However, once an order has entered production and been printed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If production has already started, you cannot cancel your order and we cannot provide a refund.
Others
We are not responsible for any delays in processing your order caused by a late response from you.
We are not responsible for wear and tear of stands or eyelets.
We have large format printers and our printed products are designed to be viewed from a distance of 2.5 – 3 meters. We cannot guarantee ultra-high-definition or photographic-level sharpness.
We take photographs of your banners before dispatch. We may use these photographs for our website, social media, or marketing purposes unless you email us and ask us not to use them.
Reviews shared on our social media pages, Google, or Trustpilot may be used by Banner Studio website, social media pages, and other marketing channels.
